Sweet & Sour Bakehouse Sweet & Sour Bakehouse is a Morley-based artisan micro-bakery founded by a dedicated husband and wife team. Built around the simple idea of real bread, made properly, the bakehouse focuses on small-batch, handmade products with everything baked to order using traditional sourdough techniques, minimal ingredients, natural fermentation and long proving times. Their range blends everyday staples with distinctive, characterful sourdough loaves, rye bread, Challah, Hokkaido (a super soft sandwich bread) and flavoured varieties like jalapeno cheddar, and sun-dried tomato and mozzarella.
